TERMS & CONDITIONS

· Each voucher/e-coupon states its validity period (start and expiry date). Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended or exchanged for cash.

· Vouchers are redeemable once per customer per transaction unless the campaign states otherwise.

· Minimum spend, eligible product categories and exclusions are stated on the voucher or campaign page.

· Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions unless expressly stated.

· Vouchers have no cash value and are not refundable; if an order paid partly with a voucher is refunded, only the cash amount paid is refunded.

· Platform vouchers (Shopee/Lazada) follow the respective platform's redemption mechanics in addition to these terms.

· PowerPacSG reserves the right to reject redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected, and to vary these terms prospectively; changes never affect vouchers already issued.

Campaign checklist (internal — complete for every voucher issued)

· Validity period stated on the voucher artwork/listing

· Redemption conditions stated (min spend, exclusions, once-per-customer)

· Expiry honoured in Shopify discount-code settings

· Record kept in the Promotions Register (PP-CT-B8)
