PowerPac X Qoo10 (Tokyo Refresh) Pair of SIA tickets to Tokyo.

Terms and Conditions. 

1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except the employees and families of PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and all other partners.
2. Parental consent is required for participants below 18 years of age and the presence of a parent or a guardian is required during prize collection.
3. Each entry is accompanied with minimum $30 purchase of PowerPac products in a single receipt made from Qoo10 during the eligible promotion period from 17 May – 31 May 2019. Any purchase refunded will be deemed invalid.
4. The winner will be announced before end of July 2019 at PowerPac Facebook and notified by ordinary post, SMS and email. Prize must be claimed by the winner in person with Power Pac for the official Arena Travel voucher.  Identity card and original letter have to be present for verification at Arena Travel.
5. Any other terms and conditions set by Arena Travel on the redemption and booking of air tickets apply.
6. Any changes or request to the tickets or travel destination is subject to Arena Travel. 
7. The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
8. The decision of PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other related expenses that are incurred to participate in this draw as well as to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the entrants and winners. Entrants and winners shall assume full responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in this draw, redemption and/or use of the prizes and agree to release PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd of any liability.
10. By participating in this draw, you consent to the use and/or disclosure of your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
11. Travel dates are strictly on per booking with Arena Travel Sg, and must be fully utilised when making reservation. 
12. Reservation with Arena Travel Sg must be made at least 4 weeks in advance before the date of intended departure and is subject to availability.
13. Voucher is valid for travel from 1st August 2019 - 1st June 2020, failing which this voucher will be considered null and void.
14. Tickets is excluding airport tax.
15. The Prize does not include transfers, other transport, telephone charges, spending money, insurance such as travel or health cover, vaccinations or other medical or health-related services, any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guests in relation to the prize trip.
16. The voucher cannot be redeemed for travel during blackout periods.
17. Arena Travel reserves the right to alter any itinerary, hotel and flight due to any unforeseen circumstance with or without prior notice.
18. PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd  reserves the right to audit at any time for compliance with the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
