It is a bi-directional electricity converter which provides Step Up or Step Down. Just select the proper input switch at the back of the Transformer, insert the plug of your appliance into the correct multi-socket on the Transformer, insert the plug of the Transformer into a wall socket and switch the wall switch and the Transformer ON/OFF switch ON.
