Repair Collection and Return Service

A discounted fee of $50.00 applies for two-way collection and return when the product is sent to our service centre for repair.

This fee will be refunded if the new product requires repair within 180 days from the original delivery date.

After the repaired product has been returned, no additional collection fee will be charged if the same product requires further repair within 90 days from the repaired product’s delivery date.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any delivery or service request at our sole discretion if the request was not accurately registered or if there are issues processing the order.
