Good product but does not last long. After 8 months of usage, unable to dispense water more than 3 seconds. 'Lack' warning keeps appearing even though water tank is full.

I was initially sent the wrong model and a leaking unit, but customer service was fast and excellent with exchanging the unit. The water dispenser itself is really good for its money. It has a good filter that doesn't make the water taste weird and the 5 temperature settings is useful. Definitely recommend getting this if you are on a budget.
