Furthermore it uses less oil or 80% less fat than convention frying which is very unhealthy. The convection current uses high speed air circulation for more evenly cooked food.
The temperature range from 80-200 Degree Celcius with variable temperature settings and comes with 30 minutes timer. The temperature knob comes with various settings like Defrost, Fries, Fish, Meat & pizza.
