• High-voltage protection: once voltage is over 275 V, the cooker will shut off automatically
• Low-voltage protection: once voltage is under 95 V, the cooker will shut off automatically
• Constant-temperature over-heat protection: when the temperature of cooker surface reaches 580 deg C, the cooker will shut off automatically
