The Bear Cordless Kettle Jug 1.7L Glass Kettle ZDH-A17L1 is a masterpiece in design and craftsmanship. The boiling process, itself is a wonder to behold. When the Glass Kettle sits on the detachable Base and the ON/OFF Switch located on the Handle is turned on, the bubbles of steam rising are accentuated by the neon-blue LED lights along the circumference of the glass wall above the Stainless Steel Heating Plate. The LED lights turns off when heat is no longer supplied to the Glass Kettle.
The high-content borosilicate glass is heat-tempered and can withstand extremes of temperature, from a low of -20oC to a high of 150 oC. The underside of the Lid, and the Heating Plate itself, is made with 304 food-grade stainless steel. which has strong resistance to the effect of various chemicals and acids. The exterior parts of the appliance are made from Polypropylene, which has a high melting point and is resistant to many chemicals. It does not form mould caused by fungi and bacteria. It is durable, robust and maintains its shape after experiencing torsion or bending.
The cordless Glass Kettle is placed on top of the Base, which has an attached power cable. This allows the Glass Kettle to be carried by the large Handle without the power cable, which is very convenient.
After the water has boiled for 20 seconds, or if the water level is below MIN, the Automatic Safety Cut-Off function will be activated, which prevents further heating.
