A PowerPac product allows the giver to offer loved ones a respite from backbreaking chores, and with less effort and time spent working, a chance to rest and relax. Rather than buy what someone already has, the PowerPac Gift Voucher allows the recipient to buy what that special someone truly wants.

How to Purchase

You can buy PowerPac Gift Vouchers from the official PowerPac website at powerpac.com.sg.

Type in “voucher” in the search bar. You will be directed to the Voucher page.

(optional - Check the box ( I want to send this as a gift ) if you would like to send the vouchers as a gift. Type the correct email address of the recipient. You can also select the date that the recipient will receive the voucher, and also add a personal note.)

Select the PowerPac Gift Vouchers of your choice, add to cart for each denomination and checkout. You can pay using your Credit Card or Debit Card, among other modes. There are no service charges or delivery charges for purchase of vouchers.

If you wish to send the vouchers to different people, perform each transaction separately. However, you can pay the total sum in one transaction.

What are PowerPac Gift Vouchers?

PowerPac Gift Vouchers are prepaid digital vouchers, available for the use only on PowerPac official website and whose value is denominated in Singapore currency, that you can give your customers, guests, employees, loved ones, and even yourself, as gifts.

Where and how can I buy PowerPac Gift Vouchers?

You can buy PowerPac Gift Vouchers from the official PowerPac website at powerpac.com.sg.

Type in voucher in the search bar. You will be directed to the Voucher page.

(optional - Check the box if you would like to send the vouchers as a gift. Please check that the email address of the recipient is correct. We are unable to reissue vouchers sent to the wrong email address.)

Select the PowerPac Gift Vouchers of your choice, add to cart for each denomination and checkout. You can pay using your Credit Card or Debit Card, and other modes such as PayNow, Shopee, Alipay or Atome. There are no service charges or delivery charges for purchase of vouchers.

Who can purchase PowerPac Gift Vouchers?

By purchasing the PowerPac Gift Vouchers, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments and additions to the Terms & Conditions as published from time to time at the official PowerPac website. You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly whereupon your continued use of the PowerPac Gift Vouchers after any such changes, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your consent and acceptance to such changes.

PowerPac reserves the right to decline to process or accept any order, or suspend the processing of any order, in its absolute discretion, where it reasonably believes that the transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity. In addition, PowerPac reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, remove and/or revoke any PowerPac Gift Voucher if PowerPac considers any of this is necessary for the ongoing operation of its services or for other legitimate reasons, in which case PowerPac will refund you the amount paid by you for the vouchers.

How do I use the PowerPac Gift Voucher?

The Gift Voucher will be sent through email to the purchaser or recipient. Copy the code. On the payment page, in the box labelled “Discount code or Gift voucher”, paste the code for the voucher. Please note that the voucher is not valid for use with any discount code.

Can I use multiple PowerPac Gift Vouchers to pay for my purchases?

No. You can only use one PowerPac Gift Voucher for one payment transaction. If you wish to buy multiple products, pay for each product using a single voucher per payment transaction.

Can I pay for purchases using combination of credit card and PowerPac Gift Voucher?

Yes. The PowerPac Gift Voucher must be fully utilised in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable. The remaining balance amount of the order, if required, will have to be paid via other modes.

I paid for a product using a combination of credit card and PowerPac Gift Voucher. I returned the product. How would the refund be made to me?

You will be refunded with the same combination of credit card and PowerPac Gift Voucher, in the same amount each.

I have sent a PowerPac Gift Voucher to someone. Can I use the Gift voucher myself?

Not unless that person sends you the PowerPac Gift Voucher code. The moment the code is utilised, it cannot be reused.

What is the validity of PowerPac Gift Vouchers?

PowerPac Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 (ONE) year from the date of issuance, for avoidance of doubt, vouchers issued on 1 Jan 2025 shall be valid until 1 Jan 2026 23:59. We are unable to extend the validity of expired vouchers nor refund the balance. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

I lost my PowerPac Gift Voucher. Can a new voucher be issued to me?

No. PowerPac Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I cancel my order of PowerPac Gift Vouchers?

No. Once payment has been processed, PowerPac Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled, or refunded. Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable, wholly or partly, for cash.

Do you collect my data and how will you use it?

We obtain and store your personal and order data for the sole purpose of processing and handling the purchase of PowerPac Gift Vouchers. By providing us with your personal data, you also consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purpose set out above. Unless we have obtained your consent, we will not use the information collected for other purposes.
